Admission Requirements For All Undergraduate Programs
- A Candidate with SSC (Science Group) and HSC (Science Group) or their equivalents is eligible to apply with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in either one and a combined CGPA of 6.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualification are eligible.
- Equivalence will be decided by a Committee called ‘Equivalence Committee’ formed by the Academic Council of BUHS.
Admission Requirements of MS IN BIOCHEMISTRY & MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
- Honors in Laboratory Technology from any recognized University
- Honors in Biochemistry or its equivalents from any recognized University
- MBBS or equivalent degree from any medical colleges recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) plus one year internship training.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualifications are eligible.
- Equivalence will be decided by a Committee called ‘Equivalence Committee’ formed by the Academic Council of BUHS

- Honors in Microbiology or its equivalents from any recognized University;

Honours in Microbiology and Immunology, Biochemistry, Lab Technology or its equivalents from any recognized University; MBBS or equivalent degree from any Medical college recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC); foreign students with equivalent qualifications are also eligible for admission. - Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) 4 years degree
- Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS) 5 years degree

Admission Requirements of MPH IN COMMUNITY NUTRITION
- Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Community Nutrition/ Food & Nutrition or its equivalents from any recognized University.
- Masters in Human nutrition/ Nutrition/ MPH from other recognized University.
- MBBS or its equivalent degree from any recognized University plus one year internship.
- BDS degree recognized by BMDC with one year internship.
- BSc in Nursing recognized by Bangladesh Nursing Council and 2 year working experiences.
- Masters in Biological Sciences plus 2 years working experiences in public health.
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy plus 2 years working experiences.
- Bachelor of Public Health from any recognized University
- Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery plus 2 years working experiences.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery plus 2 years working experiences.
- Non-Medical background: recognized Bachelor degree with 2 years of working experiences.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualifications are eligible.

Admission Requirements of MPH IN HEALTH PROMOTION & HEALTH EDUCATION
- Honours or its equivalents from any recognized University;
- BSc Nursing
- Master Degree without Honours
- MBBS or equivalent degree from any medical colleges recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) plus one year internship training.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualifications are eligible.

Admission Requirements of MPH IN EPIDEMIOLOGY
- Honours in Epidemiology or its equivalents from any recognized University in Bangladesh is eligible to apply;
- 4-yrs Honours in Biological Science from a recognized University;
- MBBS/BDS or its equivalent recognized by the BMDC plus one year in service training
- Equivalence will be decided by a Committee called ‘Equivalence Committee’ formed by the Academic Council of BUHS

Admission Requirements of MPH IN REPRODUCTIVE & CHILD HEALTH
- Honours in Biological Science or its equivalents from any recognized University;
- MBBS or equivalent degree from any medical colleges recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) plus one year internship training;
- BSc Nursing with registration in Bangladesh Nursing Council and one year of working experience;
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

- Honours in Occupational Health and Safety or its equivalents from any recognized University
- Four years of university graduation in science or in relevant programme or graduation in engineering or agriculture with at least 2nd class (or equivalent GPA grades) from any recognized university
- MBBS or equivalent degree from any medical colleges recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) plus one year internship training.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualifications are eligible.

Admission Requirements of MPH IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY
- Honours in Environmental Health and Safety or its equivalents from any recognized University
- Four years of university graduation in environmental science or in relevant programme or graduation in engineering or agriculture with at least 2nd class (or equivalent GPA grades) from any recognized university
- MBBS or its equivalent degree from any recognized University
- Foreign students with equivalent qualifications are eligible;

Admission Requirements of MS IN BIOSTATISTICS
- Honours in Statistics/Mathematics, Biological sciences, Social sciences, Epidemiology/Biostatistics, other disciplines with exposure to basic statistics at graduation level;
- Graduates in Health care or Biomedicine (MBBS, BDS or its equivalent recognized by the BMDC plus one year in service training) from any recognized university in Bangladesh;
