Admission Deadline: “Upto 01 February 2022“

• Candidates having 2nd division or at least GPA 2.50 in both SSC & HSC examinations, or their equivalents are eligible to apply for admission into Honours program in Law, English, Sociology and Business Administration.
• For B.Sc in (Computer Science & Engineering), B.Sc.( Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) and B.Sc (Civil Engineering) programs, candidate must have physics & Mathematics at their HSC level.
• For Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) program, candidates must have Biology & Chemistry at their HSC level.

• For LL.M (2 years), M.A English (2.5 Years), MSS Sociology (2 Years), MHRL, and MBA programs, the applicants must have at least Bachelor Degree with GPA-2.00 (minimum).
• For LL.M (2 Years), student must complete LL.B (Pass) Course.

• Original Transcript & Certificate of S.S.C. or Equivalent with 2 photocopies.
• Original Transcript & Certificate of H.S.C. or Equivalent with 2 photocopies.
• 7 Copies of Pass Port size Photograph.

• Original Transcript & Certificate of S.S.C. or Equivalent with 2 photocopies.
• Original Transcript & Certificate of H.S.C. or Equivalent with 2 photocopies.
• Original Transcript & Certificate of Undergraduate/ Honor’s Program with 2 photocopies.
• 7 Copies of Pass Port size Photograph.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Hostel

DIU offers well-decorated hostel with modern facilities.At present there are seven boys hostel (Nikunja, Khilkhet and Satarkul, Badda) and two girls hostels (Green Road & Satarkul).

Library

DIU library is equipped with up-to-date books and reading materials. More than fifty (50) thousand books are available at DIU libraby. E – library has already been started.

Wi-Fi and Internet

All DIU compuses are under Wi-Fi facilities. Internet facilities are available for all students.

Labs

DIU has 8 Pharmacy labs, 10 Computer labs, 12 EETE labs & 10 Civil Labs. All labs are designed by the experts from DU and BUET, and equipped with modern appliances

Canteen & Common Rooms

DIU has its own catering service and each building has big common & leisure rooms.

Transport

English Proficiency

In order to improve English proficiency of the students, DIU has set up a language institute with expert tutors and modern language labs.

English is the medium of instruction for all programs at DIU.
